Horace Von Khute is a Detective for the Telephone Fraud Prevention Unit of the Zimbabwe Police. He calls people either to inform them that his identity has been stolen and gives a very long telephone number in case anyone calls the recipient again claiming to be "Horace Von Khute of the Telephone Fraud Prevention Unit".
His most wanted criminal is George Agdgdgwngo and calls people whom George had called to get them to identify George as a fraudster using outdated methods including tape recorders and telephone identity parades.
